I was first introduced to CSL via OBM and shown the systems they had installed at Citco. I was extremely impressed both with the quality of workmanship and the knowledge of Ted and Dave. I had no hesitation in contracting them to install a completely new fire system at Harneys, which has worked flawlessly since. This is monitored off island via dual modem lines and it works as we had the fire brigade here within 10 minutes of an alarm being triggered.
We have also used CSL to install an access system and a video camera system which, like the fire system are sophisticated and yet simple to operate and again have worked perfectly. When you find a product that just works and a company that provides expertise and knowledge to go along with the product you stick with them. We have also contracted CSL to provide fire and camera systems at the Nagico building and the same level of professionalism and quality in their workmanship was delivered there along with total assurance of systems that work and are being supported! Most recently we have installed a silent burglar alarm/panic button system which has been tested and works perfectly.
I think you cannot recommend someone higher than by using their services and continuing to give them new business and this is exactly what we are doing with CSL.
